Below are some courses that I particularly enjoyed (or at least greatly appreciated, though some, I could only appreciate them after the fact). There are most certainly other courses that should be on the list, but these are the ones that stick out just after wrapping up undergrad. Some of these courses exposed me to entirely new and interesting fields of study, while others are most memorable for the instructors or classmates.
